Shipping policy
As our products are handmade please allow for your order to be completed within 7 business days and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During holidays order processing times may take up to 12 business days and may take longer to be shipped due to delays with our courier which are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We use a private local courier service that we have found to be more reliable than the local postal service. Our courier service offers same day delivery in most areas and delivery within 48 hours to rural areas. Unfortunately our website does not allow us to input the tiered structure of their rates so we charge the maximum rate of US$6.67 (TT$45 upfront). If your shipping rate is found to be less than this we will refund the difference in cash which will be sent with your purchase.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through DHL Express to the following countries: All countries (if you do not see your country listed below, please email us at crochetnationbyjlk@gmail.com. We will calculate a rate for you and send you your payment method.
At this time, we do not ship to the Ukraine Belarus and Russia.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crochet Nation by JLK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 to 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at crochetnationbyjlk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately our courier DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are also responsible for paying the shipping cost/s of having the product returned to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at crochetnationbyjlk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
